We’re looking for sharp, persistent communicators to join our outbound sales team. This is not a passive role — you’ll be making high-volume calls, engaging decision-makers, and filling the pipeline with qualified demos. If you thrive on structure, metrics, and closing the loop on follow-ups, you’ll fit right in. You'll be backed with a solid lead list, clear expectations, and a team that wants you to succeed.
Trial / Screening Period (First week):
-Compensation: Commission-only during trial
-Rate: $60 per completed demo that occurs (no-shows are not counted)
-Goal to pass: 5 completed demos within a weeks
-What happens next: Candidates who hit the goal transition to a base salary + commission structure
-We set this goal because it reflects what it takes to succeed in this role long-term.
PS: this target is absolutely reachable for applicants who have sales experience.
After this trial period if you hit the target we will come to an agreement for the monthly payment and you can officially work at DRIVEE AI.
What You'll Do:
-Make 150 outbound calls per day from a provided lead list
-Qualify prospects and schedule demos for Account Executives
-Follow up to confirm appointments and reduce no-shows
-Keep clean, accurate call notes and demo tracking
We're looking for someone who:
-1–2 years in outbound appointment setting, cold calling, or SDR role
-Fluent in English with a natural accent
-Proven comfort with high-volume dialing (daily targets)
-strong verbal persuasion and objection-handling skills
-Availability during core U.S. business hours
-Highly organized, self-supervised, and persistent
-Able to start immediately
