About the Role
We are seeking a confident, motivated, and results-driven Cold Caller to join our growing team in the education sector. This is a part-time opportunity with the potential to become a full-time position based on performance and results.
As a Cold Caller, you will be responsible for initiating conversations with prospective clients, identifying opportunities, generating interest, and booking appointments for our sales team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy speaking with people, handling objections, and achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients and decision-makers.
* Introduce our educational services and solutions professionally.
* Identify potential client needs and qualify leads.
* Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team.
* Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes within the CRM.
* Follow up with prospects when necessary.
* Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
Requirements
* Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, lead generation, or appointment setting.
* Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
* Strong confidence when speaking with prospects over the phone.
* Ability to handle objections professionally and maintain a positive attitude.
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
* Reliable internet connection and a quiet working environment.
* Experience working with CRM systems is an advantage.
