Appointment Setter (Outbound Calling) | Medspa AI Calling Solutions | Part-Time

We help medspas book more appointments using AI calling solutions. We are hiring a remote appointment setter to do outbound calling, update notes in the CRM, and book qualified calls onto our calendar.

Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to leads/prospects (warm + cold)
• Qualify prospects and set appointments for the closer/owner
• Update call notes and lead status in CRM (data entry after each call)
• Follow up with leads consistently until booked/not interested
• Hit daily activity targets (calls + booked calls)

Requirements:
• Confident spoken English (phone communication is the main task)
• Experience in outbound calling / appointment setting preferred
• Strong follow up discipline and consistency
• Organized with CRM updates and tracking
• Reliable internet + quiet work environment + headset
• Able to work independently and report daily results

Tools (Nice to have):
• GoHighLevel / Calendly / Google Sheets / CRM experience

Pay:
Base only
