Job Summary

Ripeva Technology Group is seeking a professional and dependable Remote Appointment Setter to contact customers from an existing call list and schedule appointments for our service team. The call list consists of customers from a previously established company that Ripeva Technology Group has acquired.

This role focuses on reintroducing our company, confirming customer needs, and scheduling appointments—not high-pressure sales. Ideal candidates are comfortable on the phone, organized, and respectful of compliance and customer preferences.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to customers from a provided legacy customer list

Professionally introduce Ripeva Technology Group and explain the reason for the call

Re-establish relationships with former customers of the acquired company

Identify basic service needs and interest level

Schedule qualified appointments accurately in the company scheduling system

Verify and update customer contact information

Log call results, notes, and follow-up actions in the CRM

Meet call volume and appointment-setting goals

Maintain a courteous, compliant, and professional demeanor at all times

Remote Work Requirements

Reliable high-speed internet

Quiet, distraction-free workspace

Computer with headset and microphone

Ability to securely access company systems remotely

Compliance & Do Not Call Awareness

Follow all Do Not Call (DNC) and TCPA regulations

Immediately honor opt-out or “do not contact” requests

Properly document DNC requests in the CRM

Use approved call scripts and procedures only

Never engage in misleading, aggressive, or deceptive practices

Qualifications

Previous outbound calling, appointment setting, or customer service experience preferred

Strong verbal communication and phone etiquette

Ability to follow scripts while sounding natural and conversational

Basic computer skills (CRM, scheduling tools, email)

Detail-oriented with strong documentation habits

Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
