Appointment Setter Needed ASAP – Immediate Start

FULL-TIME CLIENT SALES REP — JOIN A FAST-GROWING AUSTRALIAN AGENCY

We’re hiring a full-time Client Sales Rep to help qualify inbound leads for high-ticket renovation companies across Australia.

This is a performance-based role for someone who is confident on the phone, extremely organised, and wants to grow inside a serious company.

ABOUT US

ReynMedia helps premium renovators generate more qualified quote opportunities for $20K–$100K+ projects.

Our clients include bathroom renovators, kitchen companies, pool builders, landscapers, and other high-ticket home improvement businesses.

We are scaling fast and need strong operators who can grow with us.

THE MISSION

You will be responsible for calling inbound homeowner leads, qualifying them, updating the CRM, and sending serious opportunities to our clients.

Your performance directly impacts our clients’ revenue, our client retention, and the growth of the company.

WHAT YOU’LL DO DAILY

* Call inbound leads as soon as they come in
* Qualify homeowners based on project type, budget, location, timeline, and intent
* Follow up with leads who do not answer
* Track every call and update every lead inside GoHighLevel
* Send qualified leads to clients through Slack
* Communicate with clients when extra lead information is needed
* Keep the pipeline clean and organised
* Submit simple daily reports
* Help us improve the qualification process

HOURS & COMPENSATION

Full-time: 9am–5pm Australian Eastern Time
Base pay: $5 AUD/hour
Commission: $6 AUD per qualified lead
Uncapped earning potential

Strong performers can earn $600+ AUD per week.

You must have:

* 1+ year phone-based B2C sales, appointment setting, or customer service experience
* Excellent spoken English
* Strong phone confidence
* High attention to detail
* Fast response times
* Reliable internet
* Ability to work full-time during Australian business hours
* Experience using CRMs
