CLIENT SALES REP — FULL-TIME ROLE FOR HIGH-PERFORMANCE CALLERS ONLY

We’re looking for a sharp, organised, confident phone operator who can call inbound homeowner leads fast, qualify them properly, and help our renovation clients book serious $20K–$100K+ projects.

ABOUT REYNMEDIA

ReynMedia is a renovation growth agency helping high-ticket renovators across Australia generate consistent qualified leads and quote opportunities.

We work with builders, bathroom renovators, kitchen companies, pool builders, landscapers, and other premium home improvement businesses.

We currently have 10 clients and are scaling aggressively toward 50, then 100+.

YOUR ROLE

Your job is simple:

Call every inbound lead, qualify them properly, and send high-quality opportunities to our clients.

You’ll be speaking with homeowners who have enquired about renovation projects and figuring out whether they are serious, qualified, and ready to move forward.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

* Call new leads immediately when they come in
* Follow up with existing leads in the pipeline
* Qualify homeowners for $20K+ renovation projects
* Use GoHighLevel CRM to track every call and update every lead
* Send qualified leads to clients through Slack
* Communicate clearly with clients about lead details
* Deliver a professional, friendly, high-quality experience on every call
* Submit daily performance reports
* Help improve scripts, processes, and outcomes over time

SCHEDULE & PAY

Hours: 9am–5pm Australian Eastern Time
Pay: $5 AUD/hour + $6 AUD commission per qualified lead
Full-time position
Uncapped commission

Our best performers can earn $600+ AUD per week.

REQUIREMENTS

* 1+ year phone-based B2C sales, appointment setting, or customer service experience
* Strong English communication skills
* Confident speaking to homeowners
* Fast, organised, and consistent
* Comfortable with direct feedback
* Experience using a CRM
* Able to work 9am–5pm Australian Eastern Time
* Reliable internet and quiet working environment

Bonus: experience with home services, trades, renovations, construction, or real estate.
