Base salary + performance bonuses based on qualified bookings that show up and are a strong fit.
We are hiring an Appointment Setter to qualify inbound leads for a premium online fitness coaching company that works primarily with busy healthcare professionals across North America. Your role is to speak with potential clients, ask structured questions, filter out unqualified prospects, and book only serious and committed people into strategy calls.
This is not a closing role. Your job is to protect the calendar by making sure only high quality, motivated leads get scheduled.
Responsibilities include
• Messaging and speaking with inbound leads through DM, text, voice notes, and short calls
• Asking clear qualifying questions about goals, readiness, and commitment
• Disqualifying people who are not a good fit
• Booking strong candidates into scheduled calls
Requirements
• Perfect spoken English with clear, confident pronunciation
• Comfortable speaking live with North American clients daily
• Strong communication and people reading skills
• Ability to follow a structure while sounding natural
• Reliable internet and a quiet workspace
• Previous experience in appointment setting, sales support, or fitness is a strong plus
