Appointment Setter / Lead Generation

Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and reliable Appointment Setter / Lead Generation Specialist to help us find potential clients and book demo meetings.
This role is focused on results, not just activity.
You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients and scheduling demo calls with our team.

Compensation:
Fixed base + commission per demo
$10–$15 per confirmed demo meeting
High performers can earn $1000+ per month

Responsibilities:
Find and research potential clients
Reach out via LinkedIn, email, and other channels
Start conversations with prospects
Book demo calls with qualified leads

Requirements:
Experience in lead generation or outreach
Good written and spoken English
Ability to work independently
Organized and reliable
Comfortable with performance-based pay
