JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring a full-time Remote Appointment Setter for a fast-growing US-based marketing agency in the residential cleaning industry.

This is NOT a customer support role.

You will be handling inbound homeowner leads, responding quickly through calls and texts, qualifying leads, answering questions confidently, and booking appointments directly into our system.

You’ll be speaking with homeowners across the US who are actively looking for house cleaning services. Speed, communication, organization, and confidence on the phone matter a lot in this role.

3. Strong follow-up mindset
4. Comfortable speaking with U.S. homeowners
5. Experienced using CRMs like Go High Level

This role is performance-focused and ideal for someone who enjoys communication, sales, lead conversion, and working in a fast-paced environment.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Calling inbound homeowner leads quickly after they come in
- Texting and following up with leads
- Qualifying homeowners and gathering cleaning details
- Booking appointments directly onto the calendar
- Handling objections and basic questions confidently
- Updating lead statuses and notes inside the CRM
- Communicating with the team through Slack
- Managing follow-ups and missed leads efficiently

Requirements:

* Strong spoken English with a clear accent
* Comfortable speaking on the phone for multiple hours daily
* Appointment setting, sales, or call center experience
* Experience using GoHighLevel or similar CRMs
* Fast typing and strong communication skills
* Ability to multitask between calls, texts, and CRM updates
* Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
* Available to work US Eastern Time hours
* Professional attitude and dependable attendance
