Winning Streak Windows is looking for a motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter to join our growing team. We specialize in window cleaning, pressure washing, and gutter cleaning, helping homeowners maintain beautiful and well-maintained properties.

Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calling
Contact leads generated through our marketing efforts and outreach campaigns.
Introduce Winning Streak Windows' services in a professional and engaging manner.
Lead Qualification
Ask questions to understand the homeowner's needs and determine service interest.
Identify qualified prospects for window cleaning, pressure washing, and gutter cleaning services.
Appointment Scheduling
Set appointments and estimate consultations for our sales team.
Ensure all appointment details are accurately recorded and communicated.
CRM Management
Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and appointment outcomes.
Update lead statuses and notes within our CRM system.
Follow-Up Communication
Follow up with leads who expressed interest but have not yet scheduled.
Re-engage previous inquiries and nurture prospects through the sales process.
Performance Tracking
Meet daily and weekly call activity goals.
Help improve outreach efforts by providing feedback on lead quality and customer responses.

Qualifications
Experience
Previous experience in appointment setting, cold calling, telemarketing, or sales is preferred.
Experience in home services, local businesses, or service-based industries is a plus.
Communication Skills
Strong English speaking and listening skills.
Friendly, confident, and professional phone presence.
Results-Oriented
Comfortable working toward appointment-setting goals and performance targets.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
Organization
Able to manage multiple leads and follow-up schedules efficiently.
Detail-oriented and consistent in record keeping.
Technology Skills
Experience using CRM systems.
Familiarity with Go High Level is preferred but not required.
