JOB OVERVIEW

. We are expanding our acquisitions team and are looking for a professional, full-time Virtual Assistant to join our growing organization.
You will work directly with our existing team of four experienced Virtual Assistants who will help train you and get you up to speed on our systems and processes.
Start Date: Monday, June 29, 2026 (Immediate Hiring)
Compensation
$2.00 USD per hour

Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to business brokers across the United States.
Professionally represent Gardner Acquisitions & Closings on every call.
Schedule meetings between brokers and our acquisitions team.
Coordinate calendars and confirm appointments.
Update CRM and maintain accurate call notes.
Work closely with the existing VA team to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
Requirements
Located in the Philippines.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Clear, professional phone presence with pronunciation that is easily understood by U.S. business professionals.
Comfortable speaking with executives, business owners, and M&A brokers.
Previous cold calling, appointment setting, or customer service experience preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Reliable high-speed internet connection.
Quiet workspace suitable for professional phone calls.
Dependable computer and headset.
Able to work full-time and maintain consistent attendance.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using CRMs.
Experience with appointment setting.
Previous experience working with U.S.-based companies.
Familiarity with business development, sales, or real estate is a plus, but not required.
