We are looking for a hungry and proactive Appointment Setter / Lead Generation Specialist to help us grow our e-commerce network.

Your only job is simple:

Reach out to people via ---------- , Instagram, Facebook groups, LinkedIn and other platforms.
Start conversations with e-commerce entrepreneurs, agencies and communities.
Identify interested prospects and bring them to us.

Compensation ????

This is a performance-based role.

The more qualified leads you bring in, the more you earn.

There is no cap on earnings.

No salary ceiling.

More leads = more money.

High performers can earn significantly more than a traditional fixed salary.

Requirements
Fluent English.
Sales or outreach experience is a plus, but not required.
Comfortable sending hundreds of messages per day.
Self-motivated and consistent.
Able to work independently.

Most conversations will be in Dutch.
