# Appointment Setter (Remote)

### ???? Compensation

* **Base Salary:** $600 CAD/month
* **Paid:** Bi-weekly (15th & 30th)
* **Commission:** 10% on every deal that closes from your booked appointments
* **Remote Position**

## About Us

We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency helping local businesses generate more leads through SEO, websites, Google Ads, and social media marketing. We're looking for a highly motivated Appointment Setter who isn't afraid of outreach and wants to earn significant commissions.

## Your Responsibilities

You will be responsible for consistently generating qualified sales appointments through outbound prospecting.

Daily activity expectations include:

* ???? **150 outbound cold calls**
* ???? **30 LinkedIn direct messages**
* ???? **1,000 SMS/Text messages**
* ???? **30 personalized emails**
* Follow up with prospects across multiple channels
* Qualify interested leads
* Book appointments directly into our sales calendar
* Keep CRM updated with accurate notes and follow-ups

## Performance Expectations

Success in this role means consistently hitting the following KPIs:

* **2–5 qualified appointments booked per day**
* **Minimum 60% appointment show rate**
* **4–10 closed deals per month** generated from your appointments

This is a performance-driven role. We're looking for someone who enjoys prospecting and thrives on hitting targets.

## Requirements

* Excellent spoken and written English
* Comfortable making high-volume cold calls
* Confident communicating with business owners
* Strong objection handling skills
* Highly organized and self-motivated
* Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
* Previous appointment setting, SDR, or sales experience is preferred
* Experience using CRMs and outreach tools is an asset
