Role Description

This is a full-time, or Part-Time, remote role for an Appointment Dispatcher at Globe Life AID. The Appointment Dispatcher will be responsible for scheduling and managing appointments, and maintaining accurate records of appointments. The role also involves ensuring smooth communication between clients and the sales team, and providing excellent customer service.


Room for growth and incentives, performance bonuses, management positions available.

No previous experience required, however the following qualifications are an asset:

Appointment scheduling and coordination skills
Strong communication in English and customer service abilities
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work efficiently in a remote setting
Experience with CRM software or appointment scheduling tools
Previous experience in sales support or administration is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent


Must have access to computer, internet, VPN, and cellphone
