Appointment Setter

About the Role
Help us book qualified sales calls through DMs, email, and light calls. We provide scripts, tools, and training.
Key Duties
• Send daily outreach (IG/FB/LinkedIn/email)
• Qualify leads and book on Calendly/CRM
• Send reminders to reduce no-shows
• Update CRM and daily report (Google Sheets/Notion)
Requirements
• Good English (written & spoken)
• Stable internet + reliable laptop/PC
• Familiar with basic tools (Calendly, Gmail, any CRM)
• Organized, follows scripts, and hits targets
Qualifications (We welcome all levels)
• Junior: ~0–1 year experience in setting/outbound
• Experienced: 2+ years appointment setting/SDR/outbound
Salary (PHP/month)
• Level 1 – Junior: 25,000–35,000 + per-booking & show bonuses
• Level 2 – Mid: 45,000–50,000 + higher bonuses
• Level 3 – Senior: 50,000–70,000 + bonuses/commission
Benefits: 13th month, paid PH holidays, long-term role, training
Schedule
Full-time (40 hrs/week). PH day shift or with US overlap (state your preference).
