Production Manager (Remote)
Lead Product Development & Production for an Established US Fashion Brand

JOYFOLIE is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee product development timelines, production execution, and vendor relationships from concept through delivery.

This is a highly impactful role for someone who thrives on organization, problem-solving, and bringing products to market efficiently. You'll work closely with Design, Technical Design, and factory partners to ensure every product meets quality standards, stays on schedule, and is delivered successfully.

What You'll Do

• Own production calendars and development timelines
• Coordinate with factories, vendors, and internal teams
• Track product development from sampling through bulk production
• Manage approvals, milestones, and production schedules
• Monitor factory performance and delivery timelines
• Proactively identify risks and resolve production challenges
• Ensure products meet quality, cost, and delivery expectations
• Maintain clear communication between Design, Technical Design, and Production teams
• Develop and improve systems, reporting, and operational processes

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of apparel production management experience
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Experience working directly with overseas factories and vendors
• Ability to manage multiple product launches simultaneously
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Experience with production tracking systems, reporting, and workflow management
• High attention to detail and accountability

Bonus Points

• Experience with children's apparel
• Experience with women's apparel
• Technical design or garment construction knowledge
• Product development experience
• Sourcing and vendor management experience
• Experience working remotely with international teams
