App and Automations Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a talented and driven Full-Time Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building, testing, and maintaining software solutions across our technology stack. The ideal candidate is a proactive critical thinker who anticipates problems before they arise and consistently delivers efficient, well-documented solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into reliable, scalable systems.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy software applications and automated workflows.

Proactively identify potential issues and propose efficient, well-reasoned solutions.

Build and maintain integrations across Microsoft and third-party platforms.

Validate solutions through thorough testing, QA processes, and peer review.

Create and maintain clear technical documentation, process guides, and project timelines.

Manage project milestones and communicate progress against deadlines.

Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and define technical scope.

Stay current with emerging technologies and evaluate their applicability to company needs.

Microsoft Ecosystem Proficiency

Candidates must demonstrate strong hands-on experience with Microsoft products, including:

Microsoft Azure — cloud infrastructure, services, and deployments.

Power Automate — workflow automation and process integration.

Power Apps — custom business application development.

Microsoft 365 — SharePoint, Teams, and related productivity tools.

Additional Microsoft tools and services as relevant to project requirements.

External & Third-Party Tools

In addition to the Microsoft stack, the ideal candidate will have experience working with external platforms and applications, such as:

REST APIs and webhook integrations.

Third-party SaaS platforms and connector ecosystems.

Version control systems (e.g., Git/GitHub/Azure DevOps).

Database tools and query languages (e.g., SQL, Dataverse).

Relevant scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, PowerShell).

Qualifications

Proven experience as a developer with a portfolio of published projects.

Strong critical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills.

Excellent written communication skills, including technical documentation and status reporting.

Demonstrated ability to manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Experience working both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.

Preferred Qualifications

Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Developer Associate, Power Platform Developer).

Experience with Agile or Scru ---------- thodologies.

Background in process improvement or workflow optimization.

Location & Schedule

This is a full-time position. Candidates must be available and working during Central Time Zone business hours.
