About Us

I’m building Kairos — a mindful, relationship-focused journaling & connection app designed to help people strengthen their bonds, preserve memories, and live more intentionally. Alongside Kairos, I’m also growing personal and wellness brands (CammyLee and For One For All Wellness) that focus on community, growth, and positive impact.

I am looking for a creative, tech-savvy, self-starter who can take ownership of building and refining the Kairos app while supporting the overall vision with design and creative contributions.

This role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about apps that make a difference, enjoys both development + design, and wants to grow alongside a fast-moving founder.

Responsibilities
• App Development
• Build and refine the Kairos app using FlutterFlow (MVP stage)
• Integrate features such as user profiles, memory lane timeline, shared calendars, notifications, journaling, and connection tools
• Collaborate on AI integrations for journaling prompts, memory organization, and personal assistant features
• Optimize performance, user experience, and security (biometric login, passcodes, etc.)
• Ensure scalability — ability to transition from no-code to custom code if/when needed
• Design & Branding
• Create UI/UX designs that are calm, mindful, earthy, and modern (greens, blues, neutrals)
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and user flows for new features
• Design app graphics, icons, and supporting visuals aligned with brand identity
• Contribute to marketing/landing page visuals and pitch deck designs
• Creative Collaboration
• Work closely with founder to bring vision to life across Kairos, CammyLee, and For One For All Wellness
• Brainstorm new features, content ideas, and creative strategies
• Provide input on branding consistency and user experience across platforms

Qualifications
• Experience with FlutterFlow or similar no-code/low-code app builders
• Strong understanding of Flutter/Dart (or willingness to learn)
• UI/UX design skills (Figma, Canva, Adobe XD, etc.)
• Graphic design experience (Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop a plus)
• Basic backend/database knowledge (Firebase or similar)
• Familiarity with AI integrations (OpenAI, chatbots, personalization) is a big plus
• Creative problem-solver with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and adapt to evolving priorities

• Experience building apps with React Native or custom Flutter
• Knowledge of APIs, data security, and scalability for larger user bases
• Video editing or marketing design experience
