JOB OVERVIEW

THE PROBLEM WE’RE SOLVING

We already have a complete outbound strategy mapped in a worksheet. The strategy is not generic outreach — it’s four distinct tracks designed for senior executives:

CIO_Control (Stat-based)

CIO_Variant (Emotion-based)

CMO_Control (Stat-based)

CMO_Variant (Emotion-based)

Each track has unique subject lines, copy, and assets, but all share the same cadence:

Day 0: Pre-condition ? added to CRM + tagged by pain/trigger (signal)

Day 1: Email 1 (signal-based personalization + asset send)

Day 3: Email 2 (case study asset, governance/ROI framing)

Day 6: Asset Send (PDF brief – governance & board relevance)

Day 8: Email 3 (board/ELT framing, organizational constraint focus)

Some contacts have signal tags (e.g., “Pilot Sprawl”), which trigger a personalized snippet inside the email. If no signal tag exists, the sequence must automatically use the fallback copy.

This means the setup requires persona splits, variant splits, and clean signal-based personalization logic inside ---------- .

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
IMPLEMENTATION

Build four mirrored sequences in Apollo (CIO_Control, CIO_Variant, CMO_Control, CMO_Variant).

Use Apollo’s template + snippet library so edits are centralized and scalable.

Implement signal-based snippets (If Tag exists ? personalized line; If not ? fallback).

Attach the correct assets per step (One-Sheet, Case Studies, Governance Brief).

Create smart lists and automations so contacts flow into the right sequence automatically.

Run QA so every track and step works correctly.

DOCUMENTATION + TRAINING

Record a Loom walkthrough showing:

How the system is structured (fields, templates, snippets, lists, automations).

How to add/edit copy or swap assets safely.

How to enroll new leads into the right track.

Deliver a 1-page checklist/guide (Google Doc or Notion) that documents the setup with a link to the Loom training.

COMMUNICATION & MINDSET

You must be able to explain why you set things up a certain way, not just show clicks.

This project is about leaving me with a true, usable understanding of ---------- , not just a working build

WHO SHOULD APPLY

You have direct, hands-on ---------- experience (not HubSpot, not Outreach — Apollo).

You’ve built multi-track outbound campaigns with snippets, fields, and automations.

You’ve implemented personalized snippets with fallback logic before.

You can both implement cleanly and teach clearly (via Loom).

You value accuracy, systems thinking, and clarity.

---> Please do not apply if you intend to outsource this project to ChatGPT.
This is not a learn as you go project.

Finally, if this sequence is not viable, explain why, and recommend alternatives.

BUDGET

Open. Compensation will reflect proven ---------- expertise.
We are not looking for the lowest bidder. We are looking for someone who can implement and clearly teach. Budget will reflect that - competitive.

SCREENING REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

LOOM PROOF: Record a 2–3 minute Loom from your ---------- account showing:

A sequence you’ve built or edited.

One personalization element (snippet or field) you implemented.

A quick explanation of how/why you structured it.

Applications without a Loom will be ignored.

TEACHING SAMPLE: In your Loom or written notes, explain one ---------- limitation you’ve run into and how you solved it. Generic answers will be ignored.

OPTIONAL BUT PREFERRED: Share an example of how you’ve debugged a broken personalization or enrollment flow in Apollo.

NEXT STEP

Shortlisted applicants will do a paid micro-test (build 1 sequence with snippet logic + Loom explanation). This protects both of us and ensures you can deliver before we commit to the full project!. Thank you for your application!
