About the Role:

We’re looking for a talented and detail-oriented Animator to join our creative team. You'll be working with still images that we provide (usually illustrations or AI-generated art) and turning them into lowkey, seamless, lo-fi-style animations. Think chill loops with subtle motion – gentle rain, slow cloud drift, breathing effects, flickering candlelight, etc.

These animations will be used in YouTube videos, music visuals, and ambient scenes – so your work needs to feel atmospheric, minimal, and visually smooth.

Key Responsibilities:

Animate still images into seamless loops (10–60 seconds)

Add subtle motion effects such as:

Breathing or blinking (if the image includes people)

Rain, cloud drift, ambient lighting shifts

Flickers, haze, or ambient dust

Preserve the visual integrity of the original artwork (no reinterpreting or over-editing)

Export high-quality videos in 1080p or 4K

Collaborate via chat for feedback and improvements

Must-Have Skills:

Experience with After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar animation software

A good eye for subtle movement and cinematic pacing

Ability to follow style references (we’ll provide examples)

Comfort working independently with minimal supervision

Strong attention to visual details and mood

Nice-to-Haves (Not Required):

Familiarity with lo-fi music culture or anime aesthetic

Experience using ComfyUI, AnimateDiff, or AI workflows

Interest in ambient, relaxing visual styles
