Amazon eCommerce Operations Manager – Long-Term Full-Time Role (WFH)

We are a fast-growing eCommerce brand looking for a full-time Amazon eCommerce Operations Manager to work directly with the owner and manage daily operations across multiple platforms.

This is a long-term position with growth potential into an Operations Director role. You will help lead product launches, team coordination, inventory, logistics, and marketing efforts while maintaining high standards of professionalism and communication.

Responsibilities:

Manage Amazon Seller Central (FBA shipments, listings, performance issues, etc.)

Oversee accounts on eBay, Walmart, TikTok Shop, and Shopify

Coordinate freelancers (designers, VAs, customer support, etc.)

Assist with hiring, firing, and building team structures/departments

Create and manage SOPs, task systems, and internal processes (ClickUp, Google Docs)

Work with suppliers on logistics, shipping, labeling, and compliance

Support marketing campaigns via Google Ads and social media platforms (Meta, TikTok)

Provide daily updates and escalate major decisions to the owner

Act professionally and responsibly under pressure; communicate mistakes or issues honestly

Requirements:

4+ years experience with Amazon Seller Central

Hands-on experience with Walmart, eBay, TikTok Shop, Shopify

Strong leadership and project management skills

Experience running or assisting with Google Ads & social media marketing

Very organized, reliable, and comfortable working independently

Excellent written and spoken English

Must be honest, professional, respectful, and diplomatic with team members

Able to follow chain of command and request approval for big decisions

Willing to work flexible hours (including occasional urgent off-hour tasks)

Must sign an NDA and complete a trial onboarding period
