Amazon Virtual Assistant – Product Sourcing & Admin Tasks

We are looking to add 4-5 Amazon Online Arbitrage Sourcing Experts to our team. We have a minimum criteria that needs to be met on a daily/weekly basis. We are looking for individuals who have an understanding of Keepa, and SellerAmp. A minimum of (25) weekly leads will be required (5 posts per day). Keepa and SellerAmp will be provided to you.

Before hiring, you will be required to complete a trial phase. The trial phase will last for 3 days, and you will be paid $1.50 per hour. After trial completion, we will evaluate and make a hiring decision. Upon hire, you will get a pay raise to $3 per hour. After 3 months, we will re-evaluate performance, and a raise of base pay will be considered. We provide opportunity for long-term growth - you will be rewarded for hard work, and dedication to the business. We promote from within - giving you the opportunity to become a Virtual Assistant Team Manager.

Bonuses:
We offer monthly performance bonuses to reward hard work and consistency. Bonuses are based on results such as sourcing quality, accuracy, and contribution to growth. The better your performance, the higher your bonus!
We also offer loyalty bonuses for long-term VAs who consistently deliver results. You’ll be paid weekly, and our bonus structure will be clearly explained during our onboarding call. To ensure you read this carefully, please include “OnlyAMZ” in your application subject line.

Training will be conducted on a frequent basis. Training will include live sourcing techniques, Keepa data analysis, and how to identify winning leads.

You will be required to sign up with our Hubstaff timekeeping and productivity tracking software.
