Amazon Virtual Assistant (Experienced)

As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Amazon Virtual Assistant to help manage and optimize our Amazon operations across multiple marketplaces.

We’re looking for a well-rounded and experienced Amazon Virtual Assistant to join our growing team! If you’re detail-oriented, proactive, and confident in handling various Amazon operations, we’d love to work with you.

Qualifications:
Proven experience with Amazon Seller Central (required)
Strong understanding of Amazon operations — listings, inventory, reports, PPC, SEO, and troubleshooting
Proficient in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Keen attention to detail and takes initiative without constant supervision
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor sales performance across multiple Amazon marketplaces
Update tracking sheets and generate performance reports regularly
Stay on top of new SKU launches and coordinate listing uploads
Liaise with SEO, PPC, Design, and Stock teams to ensure smooth operations
Monitor FBA fees, referral fees, and ensure profitability per SKU
Handle repricing and manage Vine enrollments.
