Amazon Virtual Assistant

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking virtual assistant to help manage the daily
operations of our US American based-Amazon business.

You will be given a sample project that will take 30 mins to complete.
You will need to pass this before being taken on as a full ---------- erested candidates should have good stable internet and extensive prior experience working as an Amazon
virtual assistant. If you are hired, we will run you through all the tasks which you will be
expected to accomplish each week. We will also train you to learn our internal process when it comes to Amazon specifics.

To give you an idea, here is a list of some of the tasks you will be doing in Priority order:
• Generating and looking for product Leads via Manual Research (you will be trained!)
• using KEEPA Software (Required)
• using Tactical Arbitrage (TA) Software (Required)
• Jungle Scout
• Knowledge of Sales Rank
• Inventory Management/Tracking
• Monitoring Performance Notifications and Seller Feedback on all accounts
• Reimbursement Request

Flexible Hours: 40 hours Per week

Programs or Tools They Need to Know and Required:
• Amazon Seller Central, Amazon FBA
• KEEPA, Tactical Arbitrage, SellerAmp (know how to use all of these tools but it’s important that you are familiar with the
process of running and analyzing Amazon data with seller tools.)
• Google Drive
• Zoom
