Full-Time Amazon Online Arbitrage VA Job Post (40 hrs/week, $3.50/hr + bonuses)

Job Title: Full-Time Amazon VA – Online Arbitrage, Inventory, & Reimbursements (40 hrs/week)

Pay Rate: $3.50/hour + bonuses/incentives during busy periods (Q4, etc.)

Schedule: 40 hours/week (full-time, not employed elsewhere)

Communication & Tools:

Must have WhatsApp; if not, ---------- is mandatory

Must be comfortable journaling daily work at the end of each day

About the Role:
We’re a U.S.-based Amazon online arbitrage business with a prep center, looking for a skilled full-time VA to support sourcing, inventory management, and Amazon FBA reimbursements. This role requires attention to detail, reliability, and proficiency with sourcing tools and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
Source daily profitable online arbitrage leads approved by me using Keepa and Seller Amp

Add listings to Amazon store

Communicate with prep center (via ---------- )

Add inventory to prep center system and resolve discrepancies between prep center and retailer

File disbursements and research lost inventory with Amazon FBA

Update COGS in Sellerboard

Daily journaling of work completed

Quick learner, able to adapt to new processes and software

MUST Qualifications:
Minimum 1+ year of experience finding profitable Amazon online arbitrage leads

Proficient with Keepa charts and Seller Amp (if not, please don’t apply)

Strong Google Sheets skills

Fluent English communication (written and spoken)

Able to work full-time and not employed elsewhere

Reliable internet and communication (WhatsApp or ---------- mandatory)

Able to journal daily work at day’s end

Training:
Paid training provided to get you fully up to speed.
