Amazon Virtual Assistant

We are looking for an Amazon VA, who has experience in managing Amazon seller accounts.

We are a large private label business based in London, UK, with around 600 different SKUs across 10 different brands, We turnover about $20m a year, and are looking to grow rapidly by expanding into Europe and across other marketplaces.

We are looking for a junior account manager to join our team to support our senior account manager in managing our full Amazon account.

Responsibilities:
- Account Health - help monitor the accounts’ health and performance metrics and implement strategies to ensure account health is kept pristine. Conduct daily troubleshooting to resolve issues such as supressed listings and violations.
- Reimbursements - manage the process of reimbursements on our amazon account to claim back for lost and damaged stock
- Listing audits and optimisation – Audit all current listings and continuously oversee and optimize them on the front and back end, using strong knowledge of keyword research, Amazon algorithms and product search rankings to ensure maximum exposure of our products.
- Review Management - Manage product reviews & seller feedback to enable growth and listing perfection.
- Reporting – Provide relevant reporting management to keep them updated on tasks completed and account performance

Experience required:
- Attention to detail - ability to take on new tasks and do them quickly, accurately and with good attention to detail
- Large Amazon Management - experience in managing multi-million $ Amazon accounts across multiple regions
- Listing optimisation experience - solid understanding of how to build and maintain a strong and profitable amazon listing
- Time Management - ability effectively manage your time appropriately across multiple different aspects of account management
- Tools - experience in using various tools such as Helium 10, Data Dive, Keepa, Chat gpt, Clickup, Google docs
