Key Responsibilities:
*Manage and maintain the company's Amazon Seller Central account.
*Create, update, and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, and keywords.
*Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to prevent stock shortages or overstocking.
*Track sales performance, account health, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
*Manage Amazon advertising campaigns and monitor advertising performance.
*Respond to customer inquiries, reviews, and account-related concerns in a timely manner.
*Handle order management, returns, refunds, and customer service issues.
*Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends.
*Generate regular reports on sales, inventory, advertising, and overall store performance.
*Ensure compliance with Amazon policies, guidelines, and marketplace requirements.
*Coordinate with internal teams such as Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain to support business objectives.
Qualifications
*Experience managing Amazon Seller Central or Amazon Marketplace accounts.
*Strong understanding of Amazon listing optimization and marketplace best practices.
*Knowledge of Amazon PPC (Pay-Per-Click) advertising is preferred.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
*Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
*Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
*Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
