Lulabop Inc (dba Heroclip), a young, fast-growing lifestyle product company located in Seattle, is seeking an exceptional, trustworthy executive assistant who can switch gears quickly, is a quick learner and is quick to be helpful in any way we need (you see that “quick” is a keyword here!). The more you know how to do, the better. We sell on Amazon, Shopify and wholesale. We use Google Docs and Office. We are very small, and we move fast, and we juggle a lot of things, so it is critical that you thrive in a fast-paced work setting, learning new things, and wearing many hats (you will be miserable for sure with us if what you want is to do the same job every hour, every day). You MUST be detail-oriented and organized.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Amazon Seller Central experience: We have an agency we use, but you will help the CEO manage our relationship. You will also be in charge of coordinating and optimizing listing content (copy as well as assets).
• Shopify experience: We do have an external dev team, but we would like someone in-house to make simple updates (like blog posts, media mentions, pop-ups, etc.). We have a digital marketing agency, and you will help the CEO manage our relationship.
• Product research experience: As we expand our product line, you will help the CEO determine which products to go into next, so experience with tools like Jungle Scouts is a necessity.
• Administrative support experience: At least 20-30% of your time will be spent supporting the CEO with whatever she needs – data entry;
• You must be able to follow directions well and be EXTREMELY detail-oriented. Excellent writing skills are a great-to-have.
• Excellent attitude. We are all about “can do” and learning. We have no room for negativity or a defeatist attitude.
• Ability to work US (Seattle) hours, at least 60% of the time.
• This is a full-time position, so we would prefer that you do not have another “full-time” job.
NICE TO HAVE:
• We have a graphic designer and video editor we work with, but if you have some graphic-, photo-, and video-editing abilities (like resizing, adding text, adjusting exposure), it would be a plus.
• What other awesome skills do you have? Let me know and we can probably use them!
About the CEO: Mina likes to get things done! Occasionally, she moves too quickly and needs a firm, organized support person to slow her down and remind her of things that might have been left
About the COMPANY: Training to Summit Mount Ranier while wrangling two small children, Mina Yoo felt like she was constantly juggling 100 different things. This constant need for an extra helping hand is where Heroclip was born. Driven by a love for exploring, Mina wanted a tool that could serve a purpose for all her activities, not just one. The result was a tool that makes it easier to do all the things we already do every day. Heroclip is now sold all around the world, including in major retailers like REI, The Container Store, Ace Hardware and many others. We are very proud that Heroclip has a 4.7 out of 5 star rating on Amazon and 4.9 rating on
About YOU: We're looking for a Virtual Executive Assistant who is driven to deliver high quality results. This is the perfect position to get behind-the-scenes exposure to business and hands-on experience in the day-to-day of running of a fast-growing business.
As we all make mistakes, as a successful executive assistant, you will be quick to bring to light any mistakes and errors made (by you or me or anyone else) so that we can correct the mistakes and learn from them.
