About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Amazon PPC Lead to oversee and manage advertising performance across multiple Amazon brands. This role is ideal for a highly analytical and client-facing advertising professional who can develop strategies, optimize campaigns, communicate with clients, and collaborate with leadership teams to drive growth.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Director of Operations, Team Leads, and Leadership Team while preparing for future leadership opportunities within the organization.

What you will do:

Key Responsibilities

Amazon Advertising Management
Manage and optimize Amazon advertising campaigns across multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Build, launch, and scale:
1. Sponsored Products (SP)
2. Sponsored Brands (SB)
3. Sponsored Brands Video (SBV)
Develop account-specific PPC strategies aligned with business goals and profitability targets.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
Manage campaign structures, budgets, bids, placements, and targeting strategies.
Monitor and improve key performance metrics including:
1. ACOS
2. TACOS
3. ROAS
4. CPC
5. CTR
6. Conversion Rate
7. New-to-Brand Metrics
Execute testing strategies for:
1. Keywords
2. Product targeting
3. Audience targeting
4. Bid strategies
5. Creative assets

PPC Audits & Strategic Planning
Conduct comprehensive Amazon advertising audits.
Identify growth opportunities and inefficiencies.
Develop actionable optimization roadmaps.
Create launch strategies for new products and brands.
Build scaling plans for mature accounts.
Stay updated on Amazon Advertising platform changes and emerging strategies.

Client Management
Attend client calls and strategy meetings.
Present performance reports and recommendations confidently.
Explain advertising concepts in a clear, professional manner.
Build trust and maintain strong client relationships.
Handle client questions, concerns, and strategic discussions.

Leadership & Collaboration
Collaborate with the Director of Operations and Team Leads on account strategy.
Work cross-functionally with account managers, catalog specialists, creatives, and operations teams.
Assist in mentoring junior PPC specialists.
Contribute to process improvements and best practices.
Demonstrate readiness to take on a future Team Lead or Leadership position.

Reporting & Analysis
Analyze account performance and identify trends.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Forecast advertising spend and sales performance.
Provide data-driven recommendations for account growth.

Required Qualifications
Amazon PPC Experience
Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Amazon PPC management experience.
Proven experience managing multiple Amazon brands simultaneously.
Strong experience with:
1. Sponsored Products (SP)
2. Sponsored Brands (SB)
3. Sponsored Brands Video (SBV)
Experience managing monthly advertising budgets exceeding $20,000+ preferred.
Experience with product launches and account scaling.

Technical Skills
Advanced understanding of:
1. Keyword harvesting
2. Search term optimization
3. Bid optimization
4. Placement optimization
5. Dayparting strategies
6. Product targeting
7. Audience targeting
Strong understanding of:
1. ACOS
2. TACOS
3. ROAS
4. Incrementality
5. Brand growth metrics
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
Experience using PPC software is a plus:
1. Helium 10
2. Data Dive
3. Perpetua
4. Pacvue
5. Quartile
6. Scale Insights
7. Sellerboard

Communication & Leadership Requirements
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Comfortable speaking directly with clients.
Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
Able to communicate complex advertising strategies in simple terms.
Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities.
Demonstrates leadership potential and readiness for future management responsibilities.
Comfortable working with senior leadership and participating in strategic discussions.

Proof of Experience Required
Applicants must provide at least three (3) of the following:
Amazon PPC case studies showing measurable results.
Before-and-after account performance examples.
Screenshots of campaign structures managed.
Advertising reports demonstrating account growth.
Examples of successful product launches.
Examples of PPC audits conducted.
Client testimonials or references.
Video walkthrough of a campaign optimization process.
Portfolio detailing brands and advertising budgets managed.

Preferred Experience
Experience working in an Amazon agency environment.
Experience managing 5+ Amazon brands simultaneously.
Experience with Amazon DSP (preferred but not required).
Experience working with six-figure and seven-figure Amazon sellers.
Experience leading or mentoring PPC tea ---------- mbers.
Familiarity with Amazon attribution, AMC, and advanced advertising strategies.

Salary and Schedule
Starting Salary: $1000/mo
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, weekends subject to arrangement if needed
