Amazon Product Research & Development Manager

We’re an ambitious and fast-growing e-commerce brand looking for a detail-oriented, creative, and data-driven Amazon Product Research & Development Manager to join our remote team. This role is pivotal to our continued growth as you will be responsible for identifying winning product opportunities, validating them with data, and leading product development from idea to launch on Amazon.

You will work directly with the founder and marketing team to help us stay ahead of trends, create premium product experiences, and expand our catalog with innovative, customer-first products.

- Conduct deep Amazon product research using tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, DataDive, etc.
- Analyze product niches, market demand, competition levels, keyword trends, and profitability
- Identify white space opportunities and recommend new product ideas
- Validate concepts through data (reviews, pricing, sourcing potential, etc.)
- Develop product requirement documents and work with suppliers for samples and final production
- Coordinate with graphic designers and listing specialists to support successful product launches
- Monitor product performance post-launch and suggest improvements

Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in Amazon FBA product research and development
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Proficient in research tools: Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, etc.
- Understanding of Amazon private label strategies and best practices
- Experience working with suppliers (Alibaba, etc.) and managing sampling processes
- Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken)
- Self-starter who can take initiative and think strategically
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

Bonus Points if You Have:
- Experience launching your own product(s) on Amazon
- Knowledge of Amazon compliance & product certifications
- Familiarity with brand building and user experience design
- Experience working with Monday
