Amazon PPC & Performance Manager — Olvy Full Time

Olvy is a fast-growing e-commerce brand selling mostly premium kitchen and home appliances across Amazon EU, ---------- , and Kaufland. We are on track for €20M+ revenue this year.

We are not looking for someone who manages campaigns.
We are looking for someone who owns performance and drives growth.

Your responsibility
- You own Amazon PPC performance across all ASINs and marketplaces
- You ensure ad spend is efficient and profitable
- You act before performance drops
- You manage advertising as a performance system, not as a task list

What you will do

Daily
- Monitor TACOS, ACOS, spend and CVR per SKU per marketplace
- Identify underperforming campaigns and fix them fast
- Scale spend on winning ASINs and cut wasted budget

Campaigns
- Build and manage Sponsored Products, Brands and Display
- Optimize bids, budgets and targeting continuously
- Launch and scale new products

Weekly output
- Which ASINs are overspending or underperforming
- What actions were taken and what’s planned next
- Clear view on TACOS and margin trend per marketplace

What we expect
- 3-5+ years hands-on Amazon PPC experience
- Proven results scaling Amazon accounts
- You understand the relationship between TACOS, margin and pricing
- High ownership: you don’t wait, you act
- Available during EU business hours

Important
If TACOS is rising and margin is dropping, you take ownership.

We are not looking for junior campaign managers or people who only follow instructions.
