About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled Amazon PPC Specialist to manage and grow our advertising performance across multiple products and marketplaces. You’ll own the full campaign lifecycle: setup, optimisation, reporting, and strategic scale.
Responsibilities
• Create and manage Sponsored Product, Brand, and Display campaigns
• Conduct keyword research (Helium10, Brand Analytics, etc.)
• Optimise bids, placements, and budgets to hit target ACOS / TACOS
• Build structured campaign frameworks (auto, manual, research, exact, ranking)
• Monitor search term reports, negative keywording, and wasted spend
• Analyse daily/weekly performance trends and recommend actions
• Manage reporting dashboards and provide actionable insights
• Launch + scale new ASINs on PPC
• Coordinate with listing optimisation team to improve CTR + CVR (optional)
• Stay updated on Amazon ad trends, new betas, and tools
Key Requirements
• Minimum 1–2 years experience in Amazon PPC management
• Track record managing PPC budgets and profitable campaigns
• Strong analytical skills with Google Sheets / Excel
• Familiarity with campaign structure best practices
• Understanding of ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and attribution
• Experience using Helium10, Seller Central, and PPC analytics tools
• Excellent English communication
• Self-starter, organised, comfortable working independently
Nice to Have
• Experience with DSP
• Listing optimisation experience (copy & images)
• Familiar with US, CA, or EU marketplaces
• Basic data visualisation dashboards
Hours & Compensation
• 20–40 hours weekly (flexible depending on fit)
