Amazon Operations VA (FBA & OA | Full-Time | EST)

We are an established Amazon Online Arbitrage (OA) business operating in the US marketplace.
This is a long-term, full-time role with clear SOPs, defined responsibilities, and consistent biweekly pay.

What This Role Is

-You will follow clear SOPs
-You will execute defined daily tasks
-You will report work clearly and consistently
-You will work inside a structured Amazon operation

Core Responsibilities

-Product sourcing (Online Arbitrage lead generation)
-Secondary Responsibilities (SOP-Driven)
-Upload sourcing leads into live Google Sheets
-Handle Amazon ungating submissions (templated)
-Create and follow up on reimbursement cases
-Manage returns and refunds (execution only)
-Draft buyer message responses
-Prepare A-to-Z cases for approval
-Handle inauthentic complaints
-Maintain accurate case logs and documentation
Note: Product sourcing is the primary task. All other tasks are secondary and SOP-based.

Requirements (Please Apply Only If You Meet These)
- 1+ years of Amazon Seller Central experience
- Strong experience with Online Arbitrage
- Daily working knowledge of:
- Amazon Seller Central
- Keepa
- Sellerboard
- Google Sheets
-Slack

Hands-on experience with:
-Ungating categories and brands
-FBA operations and reimbursements
-Able to work 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (night shift in PH)
-Highly detail-oriented and able to follow SOPs exactly
