Amazon Operations VA

Reports To: Amazon Growth Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an Amazon Operations VA to support daily Amazon Seller Central operations, inventory monitoring, claims management, and reporting activities.

The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of Amazon Seller Central experience, be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

· Monitor FBA, FBM, and AWD inventory levels

· Track low stock, out-of-stock, and overstock situations

· Support restock planning and inventory transfers

· Submit and follow up on Amazon reimbursement and FBA claims

· Monitor seller returns and shipment issues

· Maintain inventory and operational reports

· Coordinate with warehouse and internal teams

· Support customer service, listing updates, and compliance tasks when required

· Provide backup support for other Amazon operational functions


Qualifications

Required

· 1–2 years of Amazon Seller Central experience

· Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

· Good written and verbal English communication

· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines


Preferred

· Experience with Amazon FBA operations

· Experience with inventory management

· Experience with Amazon reimbursement claims

· Experience with customer service or listing support
