ABOUT THE ROLE
We are a fast-growing eCommerce brand in the home décor space.
We are hiring a high-ownership Amazon Operations Manager to work directly with the founder as a right-hand operator.
Your role is to take over day-to-day operations and help grow the business. The goal is to reduce founder involvement and build a system that runs smoothly and scales.
This is not a task-based VA role. You are expected to think, identify problems, and take ownership of outcomes.
Over time, the expectation is that you can run operations independently and potentially manage a small team.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Inventory & Supply Chain
Ensure no stockouts on top SKUs
Manage demand planning and reorders
Coordinate with suppliers and freight forwarders
Maintain clean tracking of inventory
2. Amazon Account Management
Manage listings, variations, and backend issues
Handle cases and resolve account problems
Maintain account health and listing accuracy
3. PPC & Performance Monitoring
Monitor ad performance (TACOS, CVR, CPC)
Identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
Maintain overall account performance
4. Data & Reporting
Maintain accurate daily and monthly reporting
Track key KPIs
Highlight anomalies early
STRATEGIC RESPONSIBILITIES (HIGH IMPACT)
1. International Expansion
Launch products into new marketplaces (EU, UK, etc.)
Handle localization (listings, keywords, compliance)
Coordinate inventory and logistics
Monitor and optimize performance
2. Listing Optimization & Growth
Run structured A/B tests on images, titles, and content
Analyze conversion rate and performance changes
Work with designers to improve listings
3. Product Launch Support
Coordinate new product launches
Ensure listings, inventory, and ads are aligned
Track performance and iterate
4. Business Ownership
Identify problems without being told
Propose solutions and take action
Take ownership of outcomes
Systems & Process Improvement
Build SOPs
Reduce inefficiencies
Improve operational reliability

REQUIREMENTS
Experience with Amazon Seller Central
Strong attention to detail
High ownership mindset
Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
Good written English
Ability to work independently
STRONG PREFERENCE
Inventory planning and forecasting experience
Experience working with Chinese suppliers
Experience launching products or marketplaces
Strong analytical thinking
AI-Literate
NICE TO HAVE
Amazon PPC experience
Experience with off-Amazon growth (Shopify, Walmart, Meta, Google, TikTok)
Figma / Adobe / design experience
Familiarity with Helium 10
