Amazon OA Lead Analyst

Salary: PHP 50000 to start (with bonuses tied to lead quality, not quantity)
Hours: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Experience Needed: 1+ years with Keepa & Amazon OA analysis

About the Role

We are a 7-figure Amazon Online Arbitrage business looking for a highly skilled Lead Analyst VA to help evaluate and expand product leads during Q4. You will begin by working closely with the owner to analyze daily leads lists and perform rabbit-trail sourcing off strong products.

This is NOT a “junior VA” role — you must already know how to evaluate leads using Keepa.

Responsibilities
Lead Evaluation
Review leads lists daily
Check Keepa trends and notate what you see
Identify profitable or potentially profitable leads
Tag leads that require owner review
Discard low-quality or mismatching leads
Rabbit-Trail off leads list or sales for the day
Deep-dive related products from strong leads
Analyze alternative sellers, variations, multipacks, bundles
Find hidden profitable leads from existing good ones

Backlog / Database Mining
Go through ALL historic leads lists and find:
items not profitable now but worth adding to a monitoring list
seasonal items
tanked listings with history of recovery


Quality Filtering
Check ASIN matching
Analyze variation dominance
Detect brand/IP risk
Flag meltables, hazmat, oversized items
Confirm product authenticity (UPC match, titles, images)
Post-Q4 Responsibilities





Inventory tracking (retail ? prep center ? FC ? live)
Admin updates to Airtable
Reimbursements & FC monitoring
Creating inbound shipments
Replen flagging
