We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Virtual Assistant with hands-on experience in Amazon FBM, Amazon Advertising, and multi-channel eCommerce operations.
This role is ideal for someone who understands Amazon seller workflows, enjoys analysing performance data, and can help scale a growing online business across Amazon, eBay, and other sales channels.
You will be responsible for managing Amazon FBM operations, running and optimising ads, listing products across platforms, and helping identify growth opportunities including FBA and other Amazon strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Amazon FBM Management
Manage day-to-day Amazon FBM operations
Monitor account health and performance metrics
Ensure orders are processed correctly and on time
Manage returns and customer messages
Keep listings optimised and compliant
Amazon Advertising (PPC)
Set up and manage Sponsored Products campaigns
Monitor ACoS, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates
Optimise keywords and bids
Conduct keyword research
Identify profitable scaling opportunities
Product Listing & Cross-Platform Management
Take products from eBay and other sales channels and list them on Amazon
Optimise listings (titles, bullet points, keywords, images)
Maintain inventory accuracy across platforms
Monitor price competitiveness
Growth & Strategy
Research and suggest new product opportunities
Explore FBA opportunities and cost comparisons vs FBM
Identify automation tools to improve efficiency
Suggest new strategies for scaling the business
Keep up to date with Amazon policy changes and best practices
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience managing Amazon FBM accounts
Experience running Amazon PPC campaigns
Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central
Experience listing products on eBay and Amazon
Good analytical skills (comfortable with spreadsheets)
Strong English communication skills
High attention to detail
Preferred (Bonus) Skills
Experience with FBA transitions
Experience with product research tools (Helium 10, Jungle Scout, etc.)
Experience with repricing software
Knowledge of multi-channel inventory tools
