Amazon FBA Virtual Assistant – Product Sourcing & Operations

We are a U.S.-based Amazon FBA seller looking for a reliable, experienced VA to support product sourcing and daily operations.
Responsibilities:

Research profitable products and wholesale suppliers
Contact brands/distributors for price lists and authorization letters
Update and maintain sourcing tracker (Google Sheets)
Check Amazon listing eligibility, competition, and pricing
Assist with creating and optimizing Amazon listings
Help gather documentation for ungating requests
General admin, data entry, and email management

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year experience with Amazon FBA
Familiar with Amazon Seller Central
Strong written English
Proficient in Google Sheets / Excel
Experience with Keepa, Helium 10, or Jungle Scout preferred
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
Stable internet connection

Work Hours: Flexible with at least 4 hours overlap with U.S. Eastern Time
Pay: Competitive — include expected monthly rate (USD) in application
