We’re an established Amazon FBA business looking for a highly experienced Data Analyst who can turn raw data into actionable insights. Your role will be to analyze sales, PPC, and other key reports from Amazon and help us identify clear, strategic actions to increase sales and profitability.
This is NOT just a data entry or reporting role. We need someone who can interpret the data and recommend specific actions (e.g., cut this campaign, double down on this keyword, adjust pricing, etc.).
Responsibilities:
Analyze Amazon Seller Central reports (PPC, business reports, inventory, etc.)
Provide monthly strategic reports with:
Keyword and campaign performance insights
PPC optimization suggestions
Product-level profitability recommendations
Inventory or pricing insights if applicable
Spot trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities we’re not acting on
Suggest automations, tools, or dashboards that could improve decision-making
Requirements:
5+ years of proven data analysis experience (preferably in Amazon FBA or e-commerce)
Strong understanding of Amazon PPC campaigns and keyword performance
Fluent in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUPs, charts, etc.)
Ability to work with bulk data and simplify it into clear actions
Excellent written communication and report presentation
Experience with tools like Helium 10, DataDive, or Amazon’s Brand Analytics is a plus
