Amazon FBA Operations VA (Data-Driven, SOP-Based | Part-Time)

Rate: $6.00 / hour

Hours: 10–12 hours / week (Part-time, Long-term)

The Role
We run a systems-driven Amazon FBA business and are hiring an Operations VA to execute clearly defined SOPs.

This is a role for an execution expert. You will follow rules, work with numbers, run AI tools using fixed instructions, and report exceptions. If you love clear processes and consistency, this is for you.

Responsibilities
- Amazon Operations: Track inventory levels, calculate "days of cover," and trigger reorders based on fixed thresholds. Prepare weekly KPI reports.

- Rule-Based PPC: Pull weekly ad reports and apply bid/budget changes exactly as written in the SOP. No independent optimization.

- AI Asset Management: Run AI tools using provided prompts to generate image variants. Filter out errors and organize final assets for approval.

- Compliance: Maintain folders for COAs and labels. Track and flag document expiration dates.


Requirements
1. Proven experience with Amazon Seller Central.

2. Highly comfortable with Google Sheets/Excel and data.

3. Extreme attention to detail.

4. Experience using ChatGPT or other AI tool for task execution.

5. Reliable internet and clear written English.
