Amazon FBA Operations & Sourcing Virtual Assistant
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Amazon FBA Virtual Assistant to help manage day-to-day operations for our growing Amazon business.
Responsibilities
Amazon Account Management
File reimbursement claims for lost, damaged, or missing Amazon shipments.
Investigate inventory discrepancies and missing units.
Create and manage removal orders.
Monitor stranded inventory and inventory health.
Track reimbursements and maintain records.
Inventory & Software Management
Add new products to Sellerboard.
Update and maintain Sellerboard data.
Add products to prep center dashboards.
Track inventory shipments and receiving.
Maintain accurate product records and spreadsheets.
Product Sourcing
Source profitable products from online retailers.
Analyze products using Keepa and SellerAmp (or similar software).
Calculate ROI, profit margins, and sales rank.
Submit sourcing leads for review.
Research suppliers and pricing opportunities.
Administrative Tasks
Maintain organized spreadsheets and reports.
Communicate clearly regarding inventory issues and sourcing opportunities.
Follow SOPs and create new SOPs when necessary.
Requirements
Experience with Amazon FBA.
Experience filing Amazon reimbursement claims.
Familiarity with Sellerboard.
Experience using Keepa.
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Reliable internet connection.
Strong written English.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SellerAmp SAS.
Experience with prep centers.
Previous Amazon wholesale or online arbitrage experience.
Ability to identify profitable sourcing opportunities independently.
Compensation
First two weeks will be full time but if the sourcing is not adequate it will be a part time position(20 hours a week).
