1. Listing Management
• Coordinate with factories to send item labels and FNSKUs.
• Support creation and maintenance of enhanced content (e.g., A+ Content).
• Ensure product listings are accurate, optimized, and compliant with FBA.
2. Order Management
• Follow up with factories to track production and order progress.
• Obtain and organize packing lists from suppliers.
• Upload tracking numbers to Amazon FBA and personal warehouse (MS).
• Update ordered quantities and COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) in company system.
3. Inventory Management
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock from MS inventory.
• Create and manage FBA shipments to fulfillment centers.
• Flag low-stock items and suggest reorders.
• Taking care of shipment performance notifications
4. Advertising Management
• Optimize ad campaigns, turning off underperforming ads during and after launch.
• Add new products to existing sweeping campaigns
5. Launch Campaigns
• Track product availability and confirm listings go live once inventory is received.
• Set up influencer campaigns to support product launches.
• Monitor product reviews during launch periods.
6. Optimization & Maintenance
• Audit existing product listings for missing details such as size charts, SEO keywords, or customer feedback integration.
• Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates through updated content, images, or copy.
• Recommend strategies for enhancing sales performance and customer experience.
7. Pricing Management
• Track inventory levels and set pricing to avoid stock outs
• Set pricing back to default levels in non-peak periods
