JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Amazon E-commerce Performance Manager to oversee the performance and optimisation of our Amazon listings. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, identifying opportunities, solving problems, and driving continuous improvements across sales performance, SEO, PPC and listing optimisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring key performance metrics, identifying issues and opportunities, and implementing actions that improve revenue, profitability, keyword rankings, conversion rates and overall listing performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor weekly performance of Amazon listings
• Analyse sales trends, traffic and conversion rates
• Track keyword rankings and keyword movement
• Optimise listing titles, bullet points and backend search terms • Evaluate listing images, A+ Content and videos
• Monitor PPC performance using Scale Insights
• Track ACOS, TACOS, spend, sales and profitability
• Conduct competitor analysis and monitor market changes
• Maintain a central performance dashboard
• Produce weekly reports and action plans
Required Skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills • Experience with Amazon Seller Central
• Experience analysing PPC campaigns
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Looker Studio or Power BI

• Build and maintain a weekly ASIN performance dashboard
• Identify and implement listing optimisation opportunities

• Deliver clear weekly action plans based on data and performance trends
