Amazon / E-Commerce Virtual Assistant

About the role:

We're looking for a curious, sharp-eyed, and detail-obsessed individual to join our Amazon/eCommerce team as a Virtual Assistant and Product Researcher. This is a fully remote, entry-level position — no prior Amazon or eCommerce experience needed. We will train you on everything.

Your main job is to help us find and evaluate products — digging through data, spotting opportunities, and making sure the numbers make sense. If you're someone who actually enjoys going down a rabbit hole and coming back with answers, this role was made for you.

Job responsibilities
• Conduct product research to identify profitable items for our Amazon store
• Analyze product trends, pricing, and competition
• Perform basic profitability calculations to evaluate whether a product is worth pursuing
• Organize and document research findings clearly in spreadsheets
• Communicate findings effectively with the team
• Perform data entry and other administrative/VA tasks as needed

Requirements
• Reliable internet connection
• Proficiency in English communication (written and verbal)
• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Sheets
• Comfortable with basic math for product pricing and profit calculations
• Detail-oriented, has "hawk eyes" and can quickly spot mistakes or inconsistencies
• No Amazon or eCommerce experience required — training will be provided

Work schedule & compensation
• Full-time employment, Monday–Friday
• Training period: complete the training material to proceed to the testing phase
• Testing period: complete the testing period to be onboarded
• Rate increases upon onboarding, competitive hourly rate/bonuses depending on performance
