Amazon Customer Experience Manager

Customer experience manager:

1st Goal is to provide the most excellent customer experience. This can be from the inserts the customer receives, how we reply to questions, and how our Brand is viewed across social media.

2nd Goal is to be top 5 for every main keyword for our product in the UK and USA marketplace - to track metrics

3rd Goal is to manage our Shopify - and make sure to rank our website on Google and that customers have an excellent experience.

4th Goal - send our products to influencers and plan launches for new products as well as increase our review rates on amazon product pages

The employee does not have to be experienced in all of this but is willing to learn!
