About Us

We are a growing Amazon-focused agency working primarily with supplement brands in the US market. We provide full-service Amazon growth including PPC management, listing optimization, creative coordination, catalog management, and strategic guidance.

We are building a structured, professional team and are looking for a full-time Client Success Manager to help manage client relationships and coordinate internal execution.

This is a long-term role with strong growth potential.

Role Overview

As our Amazon Client Success Manager, you will be the main point of contact for assigned clients. You will coordinate between our PPC, creative, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution and clear communication.

You are not expected to execute PPC campaigns or create designs. Your role is to manage workflow, ensure quality, and maintain client satisfaction.

You must be confident communicating with US-based clients via Zoom and email.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Communication
- Lead weekly client updates
- Host and lead Zoom calls with clients
- Send performance summaries and action plans
- Manage client expectations professionally

Account Coordination

- Review account performance weekly
- Assign tasks to PPC, creative, and operations teams
- Ensure deadlines are met
- Follow internal SOPs
- Performance Monitoring
- Understand and interpret Amazon KPIs (ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CVR, CTR, etc.)
- Identify performance drops and escalate when needed
- Prepare structured weekly and monthly reports

Quality Assurance

- Review listing updates before they are submitted
- Ensure creatives match briefs
- Ensure PPC updates follow strategy

Internal Collaboration

- Work closely with manager and department specialists
- Participate in weekly internal meetings
- Help improve systems and workflows

Required Qualifications

- 2+ years experience working with Amazon Seller Central accounts
- Experience working with US-based brands
- Strong written and spoken English
- Comfortable leading Zoom calls
- Experience preparing performance reports
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts at once
- Familiarity with PPC terminology

Preferred

- Agency experience
- Experience managing 5+ Amazon accounts simultaneously
- Experience with supplements or health products
- Experience using ClickUp, Asana, or similar tools

What This Role Is NOT

- This is not a PPC specialist role.
- This is not a graphic design role.
- This is not a product research role.

This is a client-facing coordination and management position.

Work Details

- Full-time (40 hours per week)
- Remote
- Must overlap at least 4 hours with US business hours
- Long-term position

Growth Opportunity

- As the agency grows, this role can evolve into Senior Account Manager and eventually Head of Client Success.
