Amazon Ads PPC Operator (Part-Time) — Long-Term Role, Clear SOPs

SALARY: [$6/hour] USD — paid hourly (10–20 hrs/week ? [$240–$480]/month). Rate reviewed and increased every 6 months.

HOURS PER WEEK: 10–20 (Minimum 10 and up to 20 depending on task demand)

SCHEDULE:

Every Monday morning (Philippine time) is fixed — a full morning block (~8 hours). The rest of the hours (2–12) are spread across the week with flexible timing.

Hi! We're SmartBull ( ---------- ), a boutique Amazon Ads agency that's growing fast. We're looking for one detail-obsessed PPC operator to join our team long-term.
This isn't a "just another VA" role. We give you clean, step-by-step SOPs in ClickUp and the tools to do great work — including Claude (AI) as your co-pilot. You'll have ownership of your tasks, a clear path to grow, and a team that respects operators who take pride in their work. What you'll do day to day:

Fill out client KPI sheets accurately and on time
Download and work with bulk files in Amazon Ads
Build and maintain Master Keyword Lists
Execute optimizations by following our written SOPs in ClickUp (step-by-step, nothing left to guess)
Use Claude (AI) to work faster and cleaner
Own your tasks from start to finish

Your #1 mission each week: Every Monday morning (PH time), you fill in the KPI sheets so they're ready by 9:00 AM Madrid time. This is the heartbeat of the role — reliable Monday-morning availability is essential.

Who we're looking for:

-At least 1 year of hands-on Amazon PPC experience (bulk files, keyword lists, optimizations)
-High-speed, stable internet (wired/fiber strongly preferred — this is non-negotiable)
-Clean, professional video presence (good camera, lighting, and audio)
-Energetic, proactive, and self-driven — you push tasks forward without being chased
-Detail-obsessed — KPI sheets and bulk files leave no room for sloppy work
-Comfortable using AI tools (Claude) and learning new systems quickly
-Reliable every Monday morning (Philippine time), long-term
