We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Amazon Ads & Marketplace Operations Assistant to support a German Amazon marketplace consultant working with multiple Amazon Seller and Vendor accounts.
This is a long-term part-time role for someone who understands Amazon Ads, Seller Central, reporting, keyword research, and structured marketplace operations.
Role Overview
You will support daily and weekly Amazon consulting work across multiple client accounts. The main focus is Amazon Ads, but the role also includes marketplace research, reporting, listing audits, competitor analysis, and operational Amazon tasks.
This is not a pure VA/admin role. We are looking for someone who is analytical, organized, comfortable with numbers, and able to follow clear SOPs.
Main Responsibilities
Amazon Ads Support:
Download and prepare Amazon Ads reports
Analyze Search Term Reports
Identify keyword harvesting opportunities
Prepare negative keyword suggestions
Prepare bid and budget change recommendations based on rules
Support Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and PAT analysis
Prepare Bulk Sheet changes for review
Monitor ACOS, TACOS, Spend, Sales, CTR, CPC, CVR, and Orders
Build weekly PPC performance summaries
Amazon Marketplace Operations:
Check Seller Central dashboards and account notifications
Monitor listing status, suppressed listings, and content changes
Support FBA inventory and shipment checks
Pull Business Reports, Payments Reports, FBA Fee Reports, Return Reports, and other Amazon reports
Track case status and document Amazon support issues
Support listing audits and marketplace health checks
Research & Analysis:
Competitor research on Amazon DE, UK, US, FR, IT, and ES
Keyword research using Amazon search, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Brand Analytics, or similar tools
ASIN research and product comparison tables
Content and image audit preparation
International marketplace research
Prepare structured findings in Google Sheets or Excel
Required Skills
Experience with Amazon Ads / Amazon PPC
Experience with Amazon Seller Central
Strong Excel skills
Good understanding of ACOS, TACOS, CPC, CTR, CVR, Spend, Sales, Orders, and keyword match types
Ability to work with reports and large datasets
Strong attention to detail
Good written English
Reliable communication
Ability to follow SOPs and document your work clearly
Nice to Have
Experience with Amazon Bulk Sheets
Experience with Scale Insights or other rule based ads tools
Experience with European Amazon marketplaces
Experience with listing audits, SEO, A+ Content, Brand Stores, or Amazon compliance topics
Working Hours
Part-time: 20 hours per week to start
Flexible schedule
Some overlap with European working hours is preferred
Long-term role with potential to increase hours if performance is strong
Compensation
Starting budget: $6–$8/hour depending on experience
Performance review after 60 days
Opportunity for higher rate and more hours based on quality, reliability, and speed
