Amazon Account Manager (FBA, US) - Part-Time, Long-Term, Monitoring & Optimization

I'm a US-marketplace Amazon FBA seller (private label) looking for an experienced, reliable Amazon Account Manager for an ongoing PART-TIME role. I don't need someone full-time - I need someone who monitors the account regularly, makes sure everything is running smoothly, flags issues early, and takes action when something needs fixing. Long-term position with performance bonuses.

WHAT THIS ROLE LOOKS LIKE:
- Regular monitoring of account health, PPC performance, inventory, and listings
- Proactively flagging problems before they grow (and fixing them)
- Acting when needed - not just reporting

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- PPC: Monitor and optimize campaigns. Lower ACoS while protecting rank. Negative keywords, bid adjustments, search-term analysis.
- Listing maintenance: Keep titles, bullets, backend keywords and A+ content optimized; fix issues as they come up.
- Seller Central: Account health, IPI, compliance, cases, appeals, INFORM Consumers Act & verification.
- Customer service: Buyer messages, reviews/feedback, returns and complaints.
- Reporting: Regular short reports with clear insights and any red flags.
- Supplier communication: Reorders, samples, QC inspections, shipping (incl. DDP) when needed.
- Product improvement: Use review data and competitor analysis to improve products.

BONUS: Performance bonus if you can also research, source and launch new products.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years hands-on Amazon FBA management (US marketplace)
- Strong PPC track record (proven ACoS/TACoS results)
- Helium 10 (Cerebro/Magnet) and Seller Central reports
- Excellent written English, reliable internet, works independently
- Data-driven, organized, proactive
