In this role, you will be working for a US-based client and be in charge of writing and submitting Amazon appeals and plans of action. You will be in charge of drafting Amazon appeal letters with a specific plan of action unique to the Amazon seller's account. The ideal candidate is well-versed in Amazon Seller Central, and is proactive, a team player, and a good communicator. Experience as an account manager is a plus.

Qualifications and Responsibilities:
« Advance knowledge of Amazon appeals processes
« Experience in reviewing and analyzing seller account activity
« Hands-on experience in dealing with customer inquiries/complaints
« Write appeals to Amazon on behalf of sellers who have had their accounts suspended or listings removed
« Research Amazon's policies and guidelines to ensure appeals are accurate and effective
« Communicate with sellers to gather information and details about their situation
« Analyze seller metrics and performance data to identify potential issues and areas for improvement
« Collaborating with other members of the appeal team to develop strategies and best practices for successful appeals
« Staying up-to-date with changes to Amazon's policies and guidelines, as well as industry trends and best practices for selling on Amazon.
